Things you need to do before make-up

Beautiful makeup will look stunning on a good canvas. It means, the makeup will look more attractive on the smooth and well maintained face. In addition to routine treatment, like cleaning the skin in the morning and evening, always eat good food, and drinking water, there are the preparatory steps required to appear prima skin before makeup. These steps are:

1. Clean your face

Choosing the right cleanser is the first step to prepare the skin before makeup. If your skin is sensitive, make sure your skin away from ingredients that are too hard, like the content of witch hazel and hydroxyl or glycolic acids. These materials can irritate skin and cause redness. Find a facial cleanser gentle enough to get the best results. Find a cleanser that has a pH balanced. Skin, naturally has a pH between 4.5 to 6. The lower the pH value of cleaning, the more acid ingredient. The higher the value, the more neutral, the highest value is 7. The skin needs a bit of acidity to kill bacteria, so, if you do not have a problem on the skin, look for cleaning proper pH balance. If there is a problem with acne, look for a higher acid levels, because bacteria grow in a state of alkaline (basic). After cleaning, always make sure the skin has been washed perfectly, and no residue for the make-up can stick to perfect.

Check your cosmetics expired

As well as food, cosmetics also has a limit expiration. As time passed, the cosmetics will collect the bad bacteria, which if applied to the skin will make infection risk to the skin. The risk would be doubled if you lend your cosmetic products to your friends.

Eye Exercises for having healthy eyes

Just like the shoulder and neck, eye fatigue as well. “Doing exercises for the eyes, as well as it feels like to stretch the hip after sitting in a chair all day,” explained Karin Wiedemann of Urban Yoga in Washingston DC.

Try to do some of the following motion to address the subject of a tense or simply provide a way to right prevention.

Warm up exercises for the eyes
1. Sit on a chair, rub our hands to create heat in the palm of our hands.
2. Close both eyes. With the palm of the hand is shaped like a bowl, then place it in front of our eyes. This step will block the light in and let our eyes to absorb heat from the palm of the hand.
3. Hold this position for 10 times the breathing. If necessary, we can repeat it.

Eye Exercises
1. Remained seated in a chair and do not move our heads.
2. Simply by moving the eye ball, look toward the ceiling, then right, down the floor, to the left side, to return to see the ceiling again.
3. Perform repetitions of this movement 5 times. Then, change the direction opposite to 5 turns again.
